How do I track my order?
Follow these simple steps to track your order:
- Click on the TRACK YOUR ORDER link below.
- You'll be directed to our tracking portal. Here, enter your order number and the email address/phone number used for the order.
- Press the 'Track' button to see the current status of your shipment.
Please Note:
- Tracking Update Timeline: Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear post-shipment. If it's not available immediately, we recommend checking back a little later.
- Tracking Activation: Your tracking details will become active once you've received your shipping confirmation email.

When will I get my order?
We try to send your package as soon as possible, but the delivery time depends on the courier and shipping method you choose at checkout. Please check your order confirmation email to see what shipping method you chose, it will include the estimated shipping timeframe there.
Once the courier has your package, we can't control any delays or problems. We give you an estimated delivery date when you order and on our shipping policy.
If your package gets lost or damaged in transit, we'll send you out a replacement free of charge.
